ASSAM (5 NIGHTS / 6 DAYS)

Day 01: ARRIVAL AT GUWAHATI AIRPORT/STATION-KAZIRANGA (250 Kms / 5 hrs drive)

Meet and greet at Guwahati Airport/Station and drive to Kaziranga. Check in Hotel. Overnight at Kaziranga.

Day 02: KAZIRANGA

Early morning go for Elephant ride in the park. (Elephant riding time: 1st Ride- 5.15-6.15 AM; 2nd ride: 6.30-7.30 am, payment will be direct) Return for Breakfast. After breakfast free for leisure or you can visit tea plantations, rubber plantations. After lunch Jeep safari in the Central Range. Overnight at Kaziranga.

Day 03: KAZIRANGA – GUWAHATI (250 Kms/5 hrs)

Early morning after breakfast drive to Guwahati. Check in Hotel. Evening visit Balaji Temple, Baisistha Temple, Sankardeva Kalakhetra. Overnight at Guwahati.

DAY 04: LOCAL SIGHTSEEING IN GUWAHATI

Today morning after breakfast @ 8 AM, start for full day local sightseeing including visit to Kamakhya Temple, Navagraha Temple, Umananda Temple, State Zoo. You can have ethnic Assamese lunch in Paradise / Heritage Khorika / Delicacy restaurant (Payment will be as per package inclusion) Evening enjoy sunset River cruise over the river Brahmaputra (Cruise is subject to weather conditions & availability, PAYMENT WILL BE DIRECT). Overnight in Guwahati.

DAY 05: GUWAHATI – SUALKUCHI – HAJO – GUWAHATI (45 KMS / 1 hr drive)

After breakfast drive to Sualkuchi village (Manchester of North East India) which is 35 km from Guwahati. This is the textile center of Assam. Muga silk and Pat silk along with Eri silk and Endi cloth from this region is famous for its quality. Mekhela chadors and Gamosas made from this indigenous materials is in demand throughout Assam as well as other parts of India. Also visit Hajo Temple, later return to Guwahati. Overnight at Guwahati.

DAY 06: GUWAHATI AIRPORT / RLY STATION DEPARTURE

After breakfast transfer to Guwahati airport / Rly station. HAPPY TOUR ENDS HERE.
